Fabricated by skilled stonemasons

Fabrication at our workshop is a meticulous process. Our skilled stonemasons inspect the slabs and layout the template not only to ensure economic use of the stone but more importantly the products aesthetic. The stone is then cut using the latest precision water jet machinery. Cut outs for hobs, sinks and drainer slopes/flutes using CNC technology or routers are added. The next process is to take off the sharp edges and add profile. Either a pencil round or bevel are added unless in the design process a more intricate profile is specified. The edges are polished and finally the stone is inspected to ensure precise dimensions, uniform polish and flawless edges.

Fitted in your home within 14 days

We aim to install worktops within a maximum 7 – 10 working days from template. Often sooner, when stone has been pre-ordered. We give you notice when installation is scheduled to allow you to give clear obstacle free access to the team.

The worktop is positioned, aligned where there are seams, levelled and secured using strong adhesive along the top edges of the cabinets. The seams are joined using a colour matched epoxy resin making the joint as seamless as possible.

If the sink is a stainless steel undermount we secure it to the underside of the stone before the worktop is permanently set in place and where the sink has already been mounted a seal is run round the sink. Your plumber should allow 24hours before connecting sink waste and taps to allow adhesive and sealants to set.

The installation is inspected and left in a clean & tidy condition ready for years of enjoyment.

Guaranteed to last you a lifetime

With a common-sense approach, using chopping boards and trivets. Regular cleaning and care (in the case of natural stone re-sealing when required) your stone will look as good in 10 – 20 years as the day it was installed.

• All of our Quartz brands offer a minimum 10 year warranty. This is that the stone has been properly manufactured – it does not cover accidental damage.
• Natural stone is natures own creation and does not therefore come with a warranty.
